Shrimp Skewers

Marinade For Shrimp

1 cup of sweet Chili sauce
1/2 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 table spoon of pepper
3 dash’s of Tabasco
1/4 cup of garlic
1lb of shrimp, shelled, and deveined

Marinate shrimp for 1 1/2 -2 hours before skewer drain out excess liquid.

Grilled Skewers

1 red onion chunked
1 pinnapple cubed
Wood skewers

Make sure to soak wooden skewers for an hour before use. This will help prevent splintering, and the skewers from burning on the grill.

Assembled the skewers. In any fashion you like. Make sure to make all skewers the same to keep cooking time equal for each skewer.

Cook on the grill or flat top on low to med heat for 8-12 minutes.

Let rest for 5 minutes and then serve
